(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 16 in Leake County, Mississippi, in the corporate limits of the City of Carthage, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Dona Drive and extending west to 1300 Highway 16, is designated as the 'Blake Burgess Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 450, HB 1279,§ 8, eff. 7/1/2020.
