(1) That portion of Old Highway 15/South Jackson Street in Houston, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Mississippi Highway 389 and extending northward to its intersection with Mississippi Highway 8, is designated and shall be known as the 'Mississippi Supreme Court Chief Justice Armis Hawkins Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the portion of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 450, HB 1279,§ 17, eff. 7/1/2020.
