(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 489 in Newton County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Mills Road and extending one (1) mile north, is designated as the 'Jason Boyd Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2021, ch. 365, SB 2481,§ 4, eff. 3/17/2021.
