(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 44 located in Marion County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Mississippi Highway 13 and extending westerly to the Pearl River Bridge is designated and shall be known as the 'T.L. Wallace Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2021, ch. 441, HB 424,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2021.
