(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 63 located in Jackson County, Mississippi, beginning at a point one-half (1/2) mile south of its intersection with Polktown Road and extending northerly to a point one-half (1/2) mile north of its intersection with Polktown Road is designated and shall be known as the 'Deputy U.S. Marshal Josie Lamar Wells Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2021, ch. 441, HB 424,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2021.
