(1) The segment of U.S. Highway 45 located in Wayne County, Mississippi, beginning at a point one-tenth (1/10) of a mile North of the Highway 84 West exit on U.S. Highway 45 and extending northerly for a distance of approximately three (3) miles to a point one-tenth (1/10) of a mile South of the intersection of U.S. Highway 45 and Pleasant Grove Chapparal Road is designated and shall be known as the 'Army Sergeant Eric C.
