(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 305 in Tate County from its intersection with Mississippi 4 to the Bett Road turnoff shall be known as the 'Rayford Patrick Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.Laws, 1996, ch. 347, § 1, eff. 7/1/1996.
