(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 49 in Lyman, Mississippi, beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 49 and Mississippi Highway 53 and extending north on U.S. Highway 49 for two (2) miles shall be known and designated as the 'David Bruce Ladner Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.Laws, 1996, ch. 361, § 1, eff. 3/18/1996.
