(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 446 located in Bolivar County, Mississippi, extending for a distance of approximately one (1) mile in the easterly direction from its point of intersection with Shaw-Skene Road to its point of intersection with Gilbert Road, is designated and shall be known as the 'H.M.
