(1) The segment of U.S. Highway 98 South located in George County, Mississippi, beginning at its intersection with Brushy Creek Road, and running westerly for a distance of approximately one (1) mile, more or less, towards its intersection with Rocky Creek Road in George County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the 'Deputy Jeremy Malone Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of the highway described in subsection (1) of this section.Added by Laws, 2024, ch. 504, HB 1681,§ 11, eff. 7/1/2024.
