(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 389 in the City of Starkville starting at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Drive north to the city limits of Starkville is hereby designated as the 'Major General William 'Bud' Miley Highway.'(2) The State Highway Department is hereby directed to erect appropriate signs on the designated segment of such highway.
