(1) That bridge which is to be constructed over Interstate Highway 59 at Lincoln Road in the City of Hattiesburg and Lamar County shall be known and shall be designated as the 'Military Order of the Purple Heart, Department of Mississippi, Memorial Bridge.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs approaching each end of the bridge described in subsection (1) of this section reflecting its name, and shall allow officers or official representatives of the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Department of Mississippi, to affix a memorial plaque at some suitable location on the bridge.
