(1) The bridge which spans the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway on United States Highway 78 at Fulton, Mississippi, shall be designated and henceforth known as the 'John E. Rankin Memorial Bridge.'(2) The Mississippi State Highway Department is hereby authorized to place appropriate markers at each end of the bridge.Laws, 1988, ch. 317, eff. 7/1/1988.
