(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 82 that bypasses the City of Winona shall be known as the 'Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that portion of U.S. Highway 82 described in subsection (1) of this section.
