(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 490 in Winston County beginning at the Noxapater city limits and extending easterly to its intersection with Mississippi Highway 397 is designated and shall be known as the 'Joe Clay-John Austin Hatcher Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs at the eastern city limits of the City of Noxapater and at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 490 and Mississippi Highway 397 indicating the name of the highway segment described in subsection (1) of this section.
