(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 35 in Panola County beginning with its intersection with Mississippi Highway 6 and extending southerly to the Tallahatchie County line shall be known as the 'Waverly Wray Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching that portion of Mississippi Highway 35 described in subsection (1) of this section.
