(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 51 within the City of Winona known as South Applegate and that portion of U.S. Highway 51 south of the city limits of Winona extending from the city limits of the City of Winona for a distance of two (2) miles is designated and shall be known as the 'Mortimer Barry Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such highway.
