(1) That segment of the four-lane bypass for Mississippi Highway 15 within the City of Philadelphia, Mississippi, shall be known as 'Veterans' Boulevard.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
