(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 315 beginning at the eastern boundary of the corporate limits of the City of Water Valley, Yalobusha County, and extending easterly to its intersection with Mississippi Highway 9W in Lafayette County is designated and shall be known as the 'Dr. Dewitt Clinton French Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
