(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 149 (Old Highway 49) within the corporate limits of the Town of D'Lo, Simpson County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the 'D'Lo World War II Veterans Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
