(1) The southbound lane of Interstate 59 in Pearl River County near mile-marker 35 is designated and shall be known as the 'Deputy Len J. Rowell Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of the highway described in subsection (1).
