(1) That segment of Mississippi Highway 19 located in Neshoba County beginning at the corporate limits of Philadelphia in Neshoba County and extending southeasterly to the Neshoba/Newton county line is designated and shall be known as the 'Chaney, Goodman and Schwerner Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway.
