(1) That segment of U.S. Highway 49E located in Leflore and Tallahatchie Counties beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 49E and U.S. Highway 82 and extending to the intersection of U.S. Highway 49E and Mississippi Highway 3 is designated and shall be known as the 'Emmitt Till Memorial Highway.'(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway.
