Section 65-39-23 - Protection and enforcement of bond holders' rights

Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of Sections 65-39-5 through 65-39-33 or of any of the interest coupons pertaining thereto may, either at law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding, protect and enforce all rights granted under Sections 65-39-5 through 65-39-33, or under such resolution, and may enforce and compel performance of all duties required by Sections 65-39-5 through 65-39-33 to be performed, in order to provide for the payment of bonds and interest thereon.Laws, 1994, ch. 557, § 32, eff. 4/5/1994.
