Section 65-43-2 - Legislative findings

The Legislature finds and declares as a matter of public policy that, for the benefit of the people of this state, it is essential to foster, promote and provide public infrastructure, including toll roads and bridges.Laws, 2008, 1st Ex Sess, ch. 44, § 1, eff. 6/2/2008.
