On or before January 10 of each year the Mississippi Transportation Commission shall submit a detailed report to the Chairman of the Senate Highways and Transportation Committee and the Chairman of the House Transportation Committee describing and evaluating the financial and operational performance by a company with which the commission has contracted under Chapter 44, Laws of 2008, First Extraordinary Session, of the company's duties and responsibilities regarding the construction, operation and maintenance of a toll road or toll bridge project.Laws, 2008, 1st Ex Sess, ch. 44, § 14, eff. 6/2/2008.
