Section 65-7-111 - Penalty for violating provision for shell surfacing

A failure to comply with the terms of Section 65-7-109 shall constitute a misdemeanor, and any person convicted in a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) or be imprisoned in jail not to exceed ten days, or both.Codes, Hemingway's 1917, § 7258; 1930, § 6410; 1942, § 8339; Laws, 1916, ch. 176.
