Section 65-7-39 - Traveling on public roads

All drivers of carriages or other vehicles, whether of burden or pleasure, using any public road shall keep to the right hand when met by another carriage or vehicle and when overtaken by another carriage or vehicle, so as in both cases to permit the carriage or vehicle so meeting or overtaking to pass free and uninterrupted.
