Section 65-9-31 - Qualifications of contractors

All work done under the provisions of Sections 19-9-51 through 19-9-77, Mississippi Code of 1972, shall be done by contractors who qualify under the provisions of Sections 31-3-1 through 31-3-23, Mississippi Code of 1972, except with the consent of the State Aid Road Engineer.Codes, 1942, § 2926-65; Laws, 1962, ch. 255, § 15, eff. 6/1/1962.
