In any county having two judicial districts, each such judicial district shall be construed to be a political subdivision or subdivision of government on the same basis as a county, and as such, a judicial district will be entitled to all of the rights, privileges, and immunities as a county for the purposes of authorizing the sale of intoxicating liquor therein under the provisions of this article.Codes, 1942, § 10265-35; Laws, 1966, ch. 540, § 35, eff. 7/1/1966.
