Section 67-1-61 - Validity, contents and display of permits

All permits issued by the commission shall expire twelve months from date of issuance, and no permit shall be issued for a period longer than one year. Each permit shall state a class to which it belongs, the name of the permittee, the address of the premises for which granted, and the date of its expiration.
