Section 67-1-65 - Issuance of permits in counties having no incorporated municipality

In any county having heretofore voted, or which hereafter votes, to come out from under the prohibition law, in which there is not located an incorporated municipality within such county, the state tax commission may issue package retailer's permits in such county.Codes, 1942, § 10265-23.5; Laws, 1968, ch. 595, § 1, eff. 6/27/1968.
