Section 67-7-17 - Waiver of rights by wholesalers generally; good faith settlement of disputes

A wholesaler may not waive any of the rights granted in any provision of this chapter and the provisions of any agreement which would have such an effect shall be null and void. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or prohibit good faith dispute settlements voluntarily entered into by the parties.Laws, 1995, ch. 619, § 9, eff. 4/7/1995.
