Section 69-1-255 - Cause of action for damages and appropriate relief

Any producer of perishable agricultural or aquacultural food products who suffers damage as a result of another person's disparagement of any such perishable agricultural or aquacultural food product has a cause of action for damages and for any other appropriate relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.Laws, 1994, ch. 605, § 8, eff. 7/1/1994.
