The Board of Animal Health shall have jurisdiction over all persons and property necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of Sections 69-15-51 through 69-15-69, the rules and regulations of the board, and all other laws relating to the prevention and eradication of diseases in animals and livestock. The board may adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of Sections 69-15-51 through 69-15-69.Laws, 1989, ch. 449, § 6, eff. 3/24/1989.
