Any person selling or dispensing tranquilizers or drugs manufactured for injection into livestock by means of an instrument identified in Section 69-17-101 for the purpose of rendering livestock docile, shall maintain a register wherein he shall enter the date such drug is sold or dispensed, the name and address of the purchaser or receiver, and the identity and quantity of said drug.Codes, 1942, § 4904-01; Laws, 1962, ch. 167, eff. 4/30/1962.
