Section 69-17-107 - Penalties

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.Codes, 1942, § 4904-01; Laws, 1962, ch. 167, eff. 4/30/1962.
