The Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce shall have the power to make rules and regulations to govern the qualifications and the practicing of persons engaged in the professional services herein defined and to prevent fraudulent practices in the said professional services. No such rule or regulation shall be effective unless and until the same shall have been approved by the advisory board created under the provisions of Section 69-25-3, Mississippi Code of 1972.Codes, 1942, § 5006; Laws, 1938, ch. 171; Laws, 1971, ch. 476, § 1, eff. 7/1/1971.
