If for any reason any section, paragraph, provision, clause or part of Sections 69-2-13 through 69-2-39 of this chapter shall be held unconstitutional or invalid, that section shall not affect or invalidate any other section, paragraph, provision, clause or part of this chapter not in and of itself invalid, but the remaining portions thereof shall be in force without regard to that so invalidated.Laws, 1987, ch. 482, § 21, eff. 4/15/1987.
