Section 69-21-121 - Disciplinary action against licensee

Any person found by the department to have violated any of the provisions of this article, any rule, regulation or written order of the department or any condition or limitation of a license issued by the department shall be subject to disciplinary action. Disciplinary matters shall be conducted as administrative proceedings under Sections 69-25-51 through 69-25-63.
