The inspections and the quarantine enforcement referred to in this article shall be conducted under the direction of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce by the Director of the Bureau of Plant Industry and the State Entomologist at Mississippi State University of Agriculture and Applied Science and such assistants as may become necessary.
