The Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce shall have power to make reciprocal agreements with the responsible officials of other states under which nursery stock or plants from any other state may be sold or delivered in Mississippi under the same conditions required for the sale or delivery of Mississippi nursery stock or plants in the state concerned.Codes, 1942, § 4999; Laws, 1936, ch. 203; Laws, 1971, ch. 446, § 22, eff. 7/1/1971.
