Section 69-25-37 - Remedy of person affected

Any person affected by any rule or regulations made, or notice given, pursuant to this article, may have a review thereof by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce for the purpose of having such rule, regulation or notice modified, suspended or withdrawn. Such review shall be allowed and considered and the cost thereof fixed, assessed, collected and paid in such manner and in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the commissioner.Codes, Hemingway's 1921 Supp. § 6382p; 1930, § 6971; 1942, § 4992; Laws, 1920, ch. 252; Laws, 1971, ch. 446, § 15, eff. 7/1/1971.
