Section 69-26-4 - Mississippi compact administrator; duties

The Compact administrator for this state shall be Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce. The duties of the Compact administrator shall be deemed a regular part of the duties of this office. Laws, 2006, ch. 442, § 4, eff. 7/1/2006.
