All cities, towns, villages or other urban or suburban areas lying within the boundaries of a soil and water conservation district established pursuant to the provisions of the state soil and water conservation district law, as amended, with the approval of the governing authorities of said cities, towns or villages, shall be included in and deemed a part of the district.Codes, 1942, § 4944; Laws, 1938, ch. 253; Laws, 1968, ch. 246, § 5, eff. 1/1/1969.
