Section 69-27-223 - Additional equipment not purchased until

In the event of a tax levy being made to pay the purchase price of any equipment purchased under this article, the county shall not be authorized to purchase any additional equipment until enough money has been collected from the use of equipment already purchased, sufficient to pay back into the county treasury the full amount collected by such tax levy.Codes, 1942, § 4977; Laws, 1938, ch. 285.
