The amount paid by any such district to the commission for amortization purposes shall be made semiannually. When payments are not received by the commission within sixty (60) days of the due date the commission shall take all necessary actions to collect such delinquent payments. Amounts received or collected hereunder shall be credited to the revolving fund created in Section 69-27-343.Laws, 1990, ch. 499, § 4, eff. 7/1/1990.
