Upon the issuance and sale of such bonds, the State Bond Commission shall transfer the proceeds of any such sale or sales to the revolving fund created in Section 69-27-343. The proceeds of such bonds shall be disbursed solely upon the order of the Soil and Water Conservation Commission under such restrictions, if any, as may be contained in the resolution providing for the issuance of the bonds.Laws, 1990, ch. 499, § 14, eff. 7/1/1990.
