Section 69-29-121 - Penalty for violations

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for a term of not more than six months, or both, in the discretion of the court.Codes, 1942, § 4896-10; Laws, 1952, ch. 173, § 10, eff. 7/1/1952.
