Section 69-29-307 - Prohibition against damaging or destroying animal or animal facility with intent to disrupt or damage without consent of owner

A person shall not, without the effective consent of the owner, damage or destroy an animal facility or an animal or property in or on an animal facility with the intent to disrupt or damage the enterprise conducted at the animal facility.Law, 1996, ch. 424, § 4, eff. 7/1/1996.
